Terms of use

The agreement between you and OnlineMails, written to be read.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you create or use an OnlineMails account, which is operated by OnlineMails Ltd. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use OnlineMails.

2. Who can use OnlineMails

OnlineMails is intended for adults. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and you must give accurate details when you sign up.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
  • Choose a strong password and do not share your sign-in details.
  • Tell us promptly at support@onlinemails.co.uk if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

Please use OnlineMails lawfully and considerately. You agree not to:

  • send spam, scams, or unlawful, harassing or harmful content;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent who you are;
  • attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts;
  • use the service to infringe someone else's rights or break the law.

5. Availability

We work to keep OnlineMails running well, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. As a new service, there may be interruptions, maintenance, and changes as we improve things. We do not promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features over time. If we plan a significant change to a paid plan you are on, we will give you reasonable notice.

7. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, or our liability for things that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or that arise from your own misuse of the service.

8. Ending your account

  • You can stop using OnlineMails and ask us to close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will let you know why.
  • When an account is closed, we handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. This does not remove any protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
